Theros Labs excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law whether in contract (including under any indemnity or warranty), in tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise for (but not limited to) any loss of profit or revenue or anticipated savings or data or contract or opportunity or goodwill or indirect or consequential loss of whatever nature including (without limit) any loss of a type described above which could be regarded as indirect or consequential and whether or not reasonably foreseeable by you, a third party or Theros Labs in connection with your access to, use of or inability to use the Website. Further, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the use to which you put the Website and all the results and information you obtain from it.

Whilst Theros Labs takes much care to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the internet is not always a stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time.
