With a foundation in engineering and a proven track record delivering institutional-grade real estate projects, he brings critical cross-sector expertise in leading complex high-value ventures from concept to execution. Nima is driving the company’s mission to decarbonise real estate and agriculture through breakthrough energy technologies.
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
A seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise in the energy sector, Andy brings a powerful combination of corporate and startup leadership. After holding senior roles at industry giants Gazprom and Centrica, he was instrumental in commercialising the technology and leading the global rollout of Levidian, turning methane into high-value hydrogen and graphene.
CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER
Dorothy is a global sustainability leader with 20 years of cross-industry experience. As the Global Food Sustainability Lead for Unilever’s €13bn Nutrition Business Group, she architects and implements comprehensive sustainability strategies, focusing on regenerative systems and measurable climate impact. Her expertise ensures Theros Labs' mission is grounded in world-class sustainable practices.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Oliver is a senior marketing and communications strategist with global experience positioning complex technologies for private, public, and PE-backed firms. He previously led global communications for CLS Group, the world’s largest foreign exchange settlement system, bringing expertise in building market presence for mission-critical infrastructure.
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Kyle is a commercial litigation specialist focused on international disputes, contract negotiations, and corporate compliance. He has acted before the High Court and Court of Appeal on high-profile cases, including securing worldwide injunctions and advising UK companies in cross-border disputes. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kyle combines pragmatic legal insight with astute business sense.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Peter brings 33 years of investment banking experience, having served as Head of TMT Investment Banking (EMEA and Asia) for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and SG Warburg. Until recently, Peter was Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and Chairman of TMT at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, providing unparalleled expertise in global dealmaking and capital markets strategy.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Former Cambridge professor and current Chair of Composites Engineering at Cranfield University, Krzysztof is a globally respected materials scientist with over 150 published papers and 18 PhD graduates, delivering cutting-edge expertise in advanced energy generating materials.

Bhavna is a 20-year finance veteran from the renewable energy sector, currently with global asset manager Brookfield. Her expertise is critical for high-growth ventures, spanning fundraising, investor relations, fund structuring, and scaling financial operations. She has a proven track record of implementing new systems and designing operating models to drive corporate compliance and operational excellence.
