The Opportunity: Design the Interface for a New Energy Economy

Theros Labs is a climate technology company developing AI-optimised systems to redefine how energy is generated, managed, and used. We are looking for a visionary UX/UI Senior Developer to lead the design and development of the platform that our clients will use to interact with their intelligent power ecosystems. Your mission will be to

translate complexity into inspiration and data into direction, creating a user experience that is as elegant, intelligent, and seamless as the technology it controls.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of the user interface for our AI-driven energy management platform.

• Create intuitive, data-rich visualisations that allow clients to monitor, manage, and optimise their energy generation and usage in real time.

• Translate complex data sets and AI-driven insights into a clear, actionable, and user-friendly experience for a diverse set of audiences.

• Collaborate with AI engineers and backend developers to ensure a seamless flow of data and functionality from our intelligent systems to the user interface.

• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures brand consistency and efficient content creation across all digital touchpoints.

• Build a platform that empowers users, giving them direct insight and control over their assets.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience as a UX/UI Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex, data-intensive web applications.

• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• A deep understanding of UX principles, user research, and the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Experience designing and implementing data visualisation libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).

• Experience working on platforms for IoT, enterprise SaaS, or energy management is a significant plus.
