  • Develop and refine processes that bypass environmentally damaging and costly production methods.

  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure your material innovations can be seamlessly integrated into our final products without compromising design or function.

  • Uphold our value of scientific integrity by conducting rigorous, data-driven research and contributing to our foundational intellectual property.

What You'll Bring:

  • A PhD or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in thin-film technology research, with a strong preference for expertise in perovskites.

  • Hands-on experience with material characterisation techniques and fabrication processes.

  • A track record of innovation, demonstrated through publications, patents, or successful research projects.

  • An understanding of how material properties translate into device performance and manufacturing scalability.

Who You Are:
  • A pioneer at heart, driven by a desire to invent breakthrough solutions that fundamentally reshape how energy is generated.

  • A scientist who believes in our mission to make a tangible impact and decarbonise the built environment.

  • Your work is rooted in rigorous research and scientific integrity, and you are motivated to solve problems at their source.

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a dynamic environment with a world-class team of scientists and engineers.

Why Theros Labs?
  • Make a Tangible Impact: Your work will directly contribute to decarbonising the built environment, creating sustainable cities, and tackling one of humanity's greatest challenges.
