We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst to be a pivotal part of our team, turning data into direction and translating our bold vision into a clear, data-informed commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities

1.Market & Industry Analysis

• Research emerging trends in AI, energy, material science, and power networks.

• Track regulatory developments, competitive landscapes, and investment flows in the energy sector.

• Provide insights on market gaps, commercialisation opportunities, and strategic risks.

2.Financial & Business Analysis

• Build and evaluate financial models, investment projections, and revenue forecasts.

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning for new product development.

• Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor insights and due diligence reports.

3.Technical & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyse performance metrics of energy systems, efficiency rates, and adoption trends.

• Work closely with engineers and scientists to translate technical breakthroughs into market strategies.

• Develop data visualisation tools and dashboards to monitor business performance.

4.Strategic Growth & Expansion

• Identify new industry verticals, global expansion opportunities, and partnership prospects.

• Support executive leadership with data-backed recommendations on scaling LexLab’s technology.

• Provide risk assessments and mitigation strategies to enhance Theros Labs competitive advantage.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, finance, market research, or data analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.

• Experience with renewable energy, AI, blockchain, or deep-tech industries is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reporting.

• Passion for sustainability, energy transformation, and deep-tech innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience working in venture-backed startups, energy companies, or consulting firms.
